how we do
We adopt a well-proven agile methodology to help our clients solve their problems ranging from an ever increasing variety of public and private organizations and businesses, being a local shop-owner wishing to optimize foot traffic, to a small business ready for scaling, to a city government or non-profit trying to decide policy advocacy to be presented to the decision makers.
First, we listen. A lot. Then we interact with our clients to formulate an overall structure of the model specifying the scope and developing a plan. We then develop our model and introduce levels of complexity one at a time in consultation with our clients, assessing their needs and requirements. The model is iterated repeatedly to focus and refine until it reaches the expected level of solution to the problem.
We create digital replicas of a client’s operational needs, bridging the physical and virtual world, allowing the two to coexist to better understand its functions, modeling the results to look into the future. We use a combination of modeling approaches to get a holistic view of the functionality of the simulation model.
